For years, Daniel E. Carleo, CPA, LLC has been providing quality, personalized financial guidance to individuals and businesses. Daniel E. Carleo, CPA, LLC's expertise ranges from tax management and accounting services to more in-depth services such as financial statements and financial planning, pension consulting and computer consulting for Quickbooks and Peachtree Accounting systems.

Our mission is to help clients maintain financial viability in the present while taking a proactive approach to achieve future goals. This requires open communication to reach an understanding of our client's needs. Through research, and sound analysis, Daniel E. Carleo, CPA, LLC is dedicated to meeting these goals with high standards of excellence and professionalism.
Our Team
Dan graduated from Colorado State University in 1979 and earned the CPA designation in 1982. He is licensed to practice in the State of Colorado.
He has held positions at varying levels of responsibility from staff accountant to partner. Dan began the firm Daniel E Carleo, CPA, LLC in 1996.
Dan concentrates on individual and business taxes, and management advisory/consulting services. He will be with you in every step of your business.

Greg graduated from the University of Southern Colorado, now Colorado State University - Pueblo, in1994.
After working for a local accounting firm and a regional health services organization, Greg continued his study and passed the Enrolled Agent exam administered by the Internal Revenue Service. He received the Enrolled Agent designation in 2004 and is licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.

Jane graduated from the University of Southern Coloardo, now Colorado State University - Pueblo, in 1979.
She worked for over twenty years as the controller for a pipe distribution company. She brings the practical expertise from "the other side of the desk".
